New kid on the block here, used to use charcoal years ago and then went to gas for a long time. Finally decided to go back to charcoal rather than pouring any more money into my old Char Griller gas grill. Got an early Father's Day present a few weeks ago in my 22.5 OTG in copper. Love this grill! Anyhow, just wanted to say hey, and really enjoy reading all the stuff you guys post up here, especially your finished product off the grill!
