I was sent this way by the good people over at the Bradley Smoker Forum as my family had got me a digital Bradley 4 rack as a Christmas pressie last year.

I like the Bradley but, imo, the WSM is a much different beast. I LOVE IT!

The way it holds its temp is amazing. Just today I threw in around 8 kg of coal, lit it, got it up to 225' and then left it for the guts of 6 hours.
Came back to it and it was still bang on.

As its coming up to Christmas I'm really looking forward to getting a big 'ol ham in there.

Anywho... thanks for the welcome.
