Hi I'm Edward Broom (Ed) from Leesburg, Florida.

I've owned a WSM 18 since 2006, then decided I needed a larger unit in 2015 so I bought WSM 22. In 2017 I decided I needed a smoker I could easily pack for camping, so that is when I bought the WSM 14. Now I just select the smallest smoker that will cook the size and quantity of meat I have. For Smoke Day, I'm using the 14" because that is the perfect size to cook a single pork butt.
