Hi BBQ enthusiasts. I am happy I have found you all and this Forum. I am looking forward to contributing and learning from all of you. What's on the Pit??

Hi Joan, Thank you for the warm welcoime!

My favorite thing to smoke is a Brisket Point. Smoked at 225 for 13.5 hours. Seasoned with Meat Church Holy GospeI Rub.

I have the Masterbuilt Electric smoker and use Hickory, Mesquite or Cherry wood chips.

I have also smoked a Tri-Tip, Pork Shoulder, Chicken Thigh and Beef Jerky. All came out phenomenal !!!

I had a Masterbuilt (gave it to my son when I got a Recteq). You might want to give the bourbon barrel wood chips.

I smoked this 10 pounder beauty for 19 hrs!!! Cooked it at 235 for most until I got passed the stall then bumped it up to 250 for final push. I pulled it once it reached internal temp of 197.3

It almost fell apart when I pulled it. It came out so good. Pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and some Carolina Mop Sauce made it one delicious meal.

I vacuum sealed and froze good portions so I can easily prepare it later. Sorry for not getting pics of the pulled money muscle. EDIT*** Not sure why the pics posted sideways?
