You guys are great thank you. We just got 10 inches of snow on the mountain and 5 in my yard. We are over winter.
Speaking of cooks my son is graduating and we are have his party at the house. I'm planing on smoking 4 pork shoulders at once. Goning to plan on around 18 hours to hit the 190 mark. Can WSM can handle this much at once?
