Hello all,
Been smoking on a cheap-o brand for years and it finally became unreliable. I do short smokes on my Performer Platinum kettle some times. Today I came across a nearly new (bought 5 months ago and used twice) 18.5 for $200 and I couldn't pass it up. I was planning on spending the $300 for a new one soon....and this one does appear in every way to have been used no more than a couple times. I'm pumped. I'm planning on doing a turkey and a "quick" pastrami this weekend to get me going.
