thanks bob glad i found this forum bought us a wsm 18.5 an todays the first boston butt tryouts im gonna test out sum plum wood for smoke smells sweet right now had to try this raining outside put the smoker on front porch redneck that i am smoke em if they dont like it lol anyways ill let folks know how this fruit wood turns out
