That green one isn't mine, but I do have one just like it. As far as the people Ive seen asking 1200 for a Simpson OTG, they'll be sitting on that grill forever.

So what does the simpson kettle go for? What were they new? Wish I would of bought a few..but it wasnt till last year that I became obsessed w/ weber kettles. My pride and joy is my 98 Red stainless I just recently restored, but..there are many unique ones out there to get

Ive seen the photos of your Red weber SS restoration. Looks sharp. I have a red one just like yours, but its a OTG Mastertouch. Has no rust and is very bright red.

I just love the red ones...they just look sharp. Mine has a couple very minor dings but no rust. After I put the new S/S counter on it it looks really sweet. My blue OTG is now in my garage which was my main one befor my performer, but...just love the table. Its great to have extra kettles though...they come in handy...when you need more room.
