DH just sent me this picture before he put the bottle away. He has been enjoying the sauce so much that he wants me to share here with you all. Not sure of the exact date, but he made this about 2 or 3 weeks ago and the bottle was full then. lol. He is using a bottle from the red siracha sauce he used up. Sorry, I have no idea where I found this recipe.

Express Green Siracha Sauce

1 lb. green serrano peppers, stemmed (DH used 1/2 lb. Jalapenio-1/2 lb. serrano)
8 cloves garlic
4 TB. brown sugar
2 tsp. sea salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a saucepan and heat until it boils.
3. As soon as the mixture boils, reduce to low heat.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Let cool and blend again until smooth.
6. Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge.

Yum! I buy a Wegman's brand green Sriracha that my 11 year old and I both love on just about everything. Just a touch of heat, but great tangy flavor.
