Winter in Au but still lovely day so doing a spot of grilled Greek chicken for lunch on the Weber Go Anywhere to see if it could all fit when spatchcocked.
Marinated in a tub of tzatziki (Greek yoghurt dip), garlic, lemon juice and oregano for 24 hrs
Did indirect for 50 mins and then a quick sear on direct to crisp up
came out pretty nice
