Great weather, great steak...

How could one NOT grill yesterday? 82 degrees and mostly sunny, with a slight breeze at the house yesterday afternoon. So I decided to grab a sirloin strip, throw some Penzey's Chicago Steak seasoning on it, and grill that baby.

About 4 minutes per side, plus some spuds canola'd and put on the FireWire.

Matt to me that is the ultimate meal and it looks like you cooked that steak exactly the way I like it. Yum!!!!!!!!!!!
