Got a WSM about 2 weeks ago and have had a reasonable amount of success with a ham, some sausage, chicken wings, and a couple of beef roasts in the beautiful Ohio winter. I can't say enough about how great that cooker works. I've used a kettle for years, which was why I was so sold on this brand
