I have Classic Accessories covers on two Weber kettles and one WSM. Recently I sent them an email asking if damage to a nylon strap on one of the covers was covered under warranty, and if not, could I buy a new strap. This was just a nylon strap, about 10" long, with a plastic buckle (see photo). I could easily make a replacement but it wouldn't have matched the original. Anyway, they sent me a whole new cover at no cost. I'm used to great customer service from Weber; it's good to see that other companies will stand behind their products as well.Cover.jpg
 
Great company. Totally agree with their customer service. The difference between a dedicated customer vs a dejected one. Thanks for sharing that story.
