Great cookout!

I had a great day with the wsm today! I made chicken thighs with a homemeade bourban bbq sauce, fresh green beans from the garden, french bread with onion, bacon and swiss cheese, and roasted apples with a coconut caramel sauce. And it was all made on my WSM!

This was acutally only my second cook using the WSM as a smoker. I have also done 2 grills with it though. I only got pictures of it with the apples, bacon and beans on the smoker. I also dont know how to post pictures on here.

It was a busy day too, started wokring on it at 9 this morning to have dinner done at 5:30.
