I have a friend that cut down some old grape vines and he ended up with a bunch of big hunks. Would this be good to smoke with? I was thinking it would be a mild smoke but I have no experience with it.
 
Very good. Just recently did a leg of lamb with it. Mild, slightly sweet. Good with poultry.
 
Great smoking wood very mild sweet taste IMO . I got a nice bag here from a BBQ store I have used it on salmon and chicken and really liked it !

Planning on using it on some turkey breast this wkend .
 
Would like to have those "exotic" trees growing here in sweden.

Will be good im sure.
