You did great! That's a beautiful looking grill; the copper is gorgeous! Many on here have an affinity for the older grills with the controls on the right (called e/w around here). You have a really nice one there with a sear burner and side burner. The only problem with a grill like yours is rust can quickly destroy the cabinet. It would be worth your time and effort to completely disassemble the grill so you can remove any visible rust on the cabinet, coat it with a rust converter/encapsulator, and repaint it.

Though the how to restore threads mostly feature e/w grills, all the techniques and tips will apply to your grill, like cleaning the porcelain enamel hood, cleaning the valves, etc. Please take lots of pictures to document your progress and start a thread on your restoration. I love the colored Genny's!
