Rob O I loved the pictures. One day I will be able to post pictures. My puter is pretty much obsolete, and my skills on the web are too.
Meat looks good, and your right about Susan. She knows how, thats for sure.

Nice pics ROBO.You'll have to figure out the grain direction, will result in a more tender brisket. Did you ever think about putting the Gray WSM up for auction on E-Bay.

All things considered...nobody hurt, great food, an adventure in cooking that will grow in future tellings.

BTW...get that hat a little closer to the meat...you know, just a little juice on it and the cat or dog should take care of it for you.
