I just use the cheap yellow ones from the grocery store. BUT, I keep the platter/cutting board very close to the smoker/WSM when picking up pork or brisket so I don't handle the hot stuff for a long period. I keep a box of disposable latex ones for kitchen use when mixing stuff by hand, etc.
