Good read and I read some of the comments. One 71 yr. old was blaming part of the obesity problem on what the article was promoting. I'm almost 71 and weigh about the same as the commenter. He's gonna die an unhappy grump and I'm gonna die with pork grease running off my chin and a smile on my face.
