I was playing softball yesterday. One of the teams that was going to play after us decided to grill some burgers & dogs. The guy had a brand new 18.5 weber. The guy throws the charcoal in the grill and throws some matches in there. I go out and play some defense and return and noticed all of the vents are closed. I asked the guy about the grill and he said it was hot after 1/2 inning and closed vents. I told him to check the grill as his vents were shut and he had no heat. Is getting a charcoal going that hard?
