Gensis 335 Hood Lights

I'd like to remove the two hood lights that are built into the handle to clean them throughly. It appears that a wrench on the two nuts for the handle will do the job. Anybody dealt with this.

No, but I wondered about how those internal lights would do over time. There are members here experienced with new style grills like yours. Hopefully some will give their opinion. I am an "old (classic) grill" person.

I just bought one with these lights on it. I will report back once I know how they do. It was a nice addition to the model I bought, but it was the reason.

Thanks for the repleis. The light work well but the lenses get gummed up and I've cleaned them a few times just rubbing them with a cleaner. I'm going to take them out and see what I can do for a through cleaning.
