Just finished a short delivery for an extra $20 for a very nice young couple who are very thankful and appreciative. It feels good to be able to offer them a good deal and still make plenty of profit while giving this Weber new life and restart the clock on it.
Three of the other potential buyers that came in with full price offers were bummed to miss out and asked to please keep them in mind for future builds some even offer deposits. This just reminds me that a reputation for quality work is important to uphold. It's also motivation to do more of them knowing I will have a happy buyer at a profitable sale price.
