Genesis Gold Handle w/ Spirit 2-burner Lid, Mod!

I blow the excess water off with compressed air and then do it.
Sorry if that was dumb question. I have never wire wheeled a cook box before.
I was washing by hand, Grill Cleaner and SOS pads. I will whip out the power washer now.
If after power wash it appears decent, I may not go any further, but thanks for the tip, Steve.

If I wire wheel I would have to wait until another day. since I pawned my air compressor. LOL

Looks good enough to me. That isn't the new bottom panel that you ordered is it?
No, that frame is the top I took off my Spirit with the bottom of the Donor Silver A. I was going to keep it as my workstation to be able to clean my Cook box when needed. I still have to put the crossmember for the cook box mounting bolt on it if I want to be able clean a lid while attached for it will rock when open without it.

That looks great to me. But I think I’m on the outside train of thought of how to do a keeper grill. I want a keeper cookbox flawless. Better than Something I’d be selling. I’ll season it how I see fit. I don’t want that grime on something I’m going to feed my family with. But to each their own.

When you put it that way Cody just the powerwash alone doesn't sound so good

In all honesty, my e330 on the inside was spotless when I started using it. Now probably 100 cooks later, it is black and grimed up. I just like the thought of starting with it clean and new. Personally, I would at least clean from the grate rails, up.

In hindsight I wish I would've gone all out when I did it, and repainted the whole cabinet when it was all in pieces. But I only fixed the cabinet floor, put on better casters replaced burners, bars, heatshields and grates, and reassembled it.

I was able to salvage some burners for it. They still have life. I had some new flavor bars in my stash. I am really digging that replacement lid.

I cannot decide what to do with all excess panels and doors I have..etc. It would be a shame to give them all to my scrapper.

Do you have enough to make another grill?
No. Both extra frames have rust. Thus, the reason I was going to make a workstation out of the better of the 2.
I am saving the trim end caps. Also saving the Silver A worktable and swing-out table. Both of the remaining cook boxes have broken mounting bolts in them (undecided on them). I am not sure about the condiment racks. I ruined the Spirit label on 2 of them.

I’m guessing they never made dual tables for the spirits? I didn’t realize you had a swing up table for it. Personally I’d rock that over the condiment rack. It does look more symmetrical with the dual condiment baskets though.

All the Spirits I have seen have the dual condiment racks.
I have LHS trim plus worktable and swing-out table, but the worktable has a chip in the back unnoticeable from the front. The top frame I picked up in good condition does not have swing-out table catch hook, otherwise I might have considered it. I kind of like the dual condiment rack though and it, goes well with the worktable you sent me. Thanks, by the way!

Ahhh. I just assumed they all came with them like the silvers did. Never even had that thought in my brain. It looks good dual-wielding the condiments baskets. But I’m a sucker for table space!

She is in the grilling driver seat now.
I want to get her away from the moister of the ground, since she was a cabinet grill.
