Genesis 670000?

I picked this up today for free. It seems odd to me. The wood is painted gray but seems original.

It had an aluminum drip tray and uncoated cast iron grate, which is nice

But it’s the bottom rack is a gray wire one? The model number says it’s a 67000 which is odd to me.

Overal it’s in really great shape and can cool as is. The inside is very clean and has new flavorizer bars.

Anyone know what this is? I am going to pick parts from it.

I think the 900 was the precursor to a Silver B, but came out in the late 90s.

I think the 900 had a single R/L cross member on the bottom of the frame where the 1000's had one in front and back.

I think they made a 5 bar Platinum in about 1998 or 1999.

The lid on my 700 had the same footprint as the silver b but it was about an inch shallower. When I got a lid for it from a silver b I was surprised to learn that I couldn’t just swap end caps.
