Genesis 1000 hood on a Silver B

I could probably just run out and test this for myself and I think I already know the answer, but, I was wondering if a Genesis 1000 hood will work on a Silver B cook box?

I think so. I'm using an older lid on my Genesis Gold and it fits great.
