Genesis 1000 grilling tool holder?

IMG_1234.jpeglooking for a possible accessory? Is there anything out there that I can add to my grill to hang my spatula/tongs/etc…?
I’d prefer something made for the grill but I’m open to anything or hearing what other people have done for theirs!
 
That grill came with three stainless steel tool holders that clipped on to the frame on the right side under the control panel. It also came with a flip up table on the left side. I would say you're missing some parts off that baby.IMG_20250813_183133188_HDR.jpg
 
I recall someone making a wood end piece that mounted between the front and back upper cross bars, and on that end piece some tool holders were mounted.

I'll look to see if I can find a picture of it as I thought it was a great idea.
 
I did find out the part number, Weber 99835.
The only ones if found online for sale are either more than I paid for this grill or don’t ship to the US. The search continues…
 
Hi Anthony, just wanted to say how good your grill looks, and ask how you finished your wood slats and handle? That’s exactly how I’d like ours to look. I searched for posts about it before asking, and didn’t see it. Thanks!

Steve, thank you!

I took my old ones to the hardware store and measured them against the wood there, they had an exact match (1x2)?

I took them home and cut them to size, then sanded and stained them with a minwax stain made for outdoor use. I can check the exact color I used tonight.

And don’t be like me and forget to do the inside of the handle!
