Gen 1 (1991) Performer ss with gas assist (Toronto, Canada)

Barely used Gen 1 Performer ss with gas assist located in Toronto.
"N" code on vent, which I believe is for 1991 manufacture year.
I am selling off belongings owned by my employer, and this unit sat on a covered back terrace from the date of purchase until 2015 when the house was sold. Since then it has been in storage. We believe it has been used no more than two or three times.

See there is some rust working on the welds on the frame in the pictures.
How much rust is on the whole unit?

The worst is at the bottom of the frame (see images) other wise the frame is clean. And the usual things like the ash catcher handle and the kettle cleaning unit. Someone is looking at it this afternoon. I will update later.

Hopefully it sells for you...I would only be interested in it being cheaper.
