Just a short intro. I'm an Aussie who is currently living in Spain and currently have an 18.5 Weber which I mainly use for roasting and simple bbq grilling with charcoal.
Even as a kid we have always had Weber kettles so they aren't new to me but now I want to start getting a touch more adventurous with how I use it and find new recipes and methods. Looking at this site I think I have found the right place, plenty to see and take in.
Anyway, that's all for now!
