Hi Ladies and Gents,
G'day to all from WA. I'm a pretty big Weber fan, found and old one on the side of the road a year or so ago, now have three and spend the majority of my weekends smokin!
Love doing pork shoulders, chicken wings and pork ribs.
I'm looking forward to trying out some beef ribs soon and then try to master a brisket!
