New to the forum, but a long time Weber fan. Husband and father to 3 kids. I got hooked on charcoal with a Smokey Joe when I was younger. My primary and only cooker has been a Master Touch Kettle a since 2017. I've had Weber gassers over the years, but they've never stuck like the kettles. Actively looking to add to the options considering a weber griddle/slate, a performer and the 26" kettle. Happy to be around other Weber fans.

We do grilled chicken, burgers or ribs at least once a week. My wife's favorite thing is smoked chicken wings. I've been using a slow 'n sear for several years but just picked up a vortex. I'm excited to try vortex ribs soon! This week I'm doing rotisserie chicken and hasselback potatoes.
