Beautiful day today...

Keeping it simple today...seasoned pork chops with garlic salt and black pepper.

Did a potato packet in a small weber drip pan. Potatoes, onion, and jalapeño. Seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper. Drizzled a little oil on top.

Grilled directly over lump charcoal.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice Tony!!! I was making a very similar dish for dinner too and in the middle of cooking it we decided to go eat Pho instead since it wasn't blistering hot out.

Looks great, man. Of course you would leave seeds in jalapenos and let it all simmer together. ;) I still can't do seeds in.
How long did that dish cook on kettle? 45 minutes? I like that combination of flavors (mine with a bit less heat).
