Garlic question, help please !!

Thank you Kevin, can it be found in the average local grocery store? Food Lion and the such. I'm trying to start building my spice cabinet so I can make all these fantastic rubs and injections I've read about on here.

Some do.

I buy spices on line. Turnover is quick so the quality is high. This post has links to the sources I use should you choose to go that route.

Rod,

The Food Lions in my area carry it so I assume alll NC stores will have it.

I agree with Kruger that Penzeys has great spices.

In addition to Penzey's (and Kevin's other excellent links) I also suggest you check out Aromatica Organics's products. (Their individual spices are not available online, though.)

Also, some of their rubs are even available in a salt-free configuration, and the other salt-inclusive blends are likewise pretty good if a bit (duh!) salty...but easy to reverse engineer in a salt-free way.
