Game Day Wings

I did a few dozen wings for THE GAME today. I like to dust them, smoke them a couple hours, then deep fry them to finish them off. We had a six pack of different buffalo and BBQ sauces for do-it-yourself finish sauce.

We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm.
