FYI: The Piezo igniters for the old, 90's Webers fits perfectly on my Q320. Much better starter and 1/3 the price.

I've been working on a Q320. The battery igniter did not work, even after a lot of tinkering. I decided to try a Piezo starter from Amazon (this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MYCC8C3/?tag=tvwb-20 ) from a suggestion I saw deep in this forum. Maybe this is common knowledge, but it snapped right into place and works great. No more batteries!

Yeah, those battery ones are cool when they work, but they inevitably fail pretty quickly. The Piezo ones are much more reliable. I know Bruce always does a similar replacement for the same reasons.

On a couple of my rehabs I had to replace the electronic ignition on Q grills. I always opt for the old piezo ones. The electronic ones are worthless unless you keep the grill indoors.
