Fusion Chicken on the Rotisserie

Well the name is probably not too accurate...

There is a rub and a baste for the whole chicken, which I did on the rotisserie. I am sure you could do a stand up chicken or chicken pieces too.

Rub (adjust ratio to taste):
3 parts Cumin
2 parts Sea Salt
1 part Coarsely Ground Pepper
2 parts Garlic Powder
1 part Sweet Paprika
1 part Rosemary


Baste to be used througout cooking:
Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
Lemon Juice
Grilled garlic mashed into a paste and added to liquid above

You could definitely add some other seasonings but this has been my favorite chicken so far (I have tried dozens of rubs). My guess is it has to do with the Dark Sesame Seed Oil basting sauce, since this is the first time using it.
