Fried Wings and Pork Fried Rice

These wings were leftover from the Blue Crab cook, so I did a flash fry to reheat them and then tossed in Hooters sauce.

First the fried rice is cooked in the skillet using some leftover pulled pork.

Cleaned skillet and moved outside. Thanks to this board I'm back to frying over an open flame.

Plated with some soup and ready to eat.

If you haven't reheated smoked wings this way, give it a try. It really crisps up the outside and doesn't over cook if you throw them in cold.
 
I want a dedicated 3" deep fry skillet for just this reason! And for kfc. Awesome post. Thank you for the nudge in the right direction.
