Friday night ribs

St. Louis style. 3 hour at 275. 1.5 hours wrapped. .5 hour opened. Last 15 I sauced one of the racks. Family went Ham on the sauced one…I have to say, I’ve not been a sauce guy….but this one was quite good. May have to chang things up a bit.

First time. My son got it for me from knottsberry farm, when he went. I’m always looking for new sauces.
