Catfish??!! I didn’t think anyone outside of south Arkansas and north Louisiana would eat the old trashy catfish. No way making fun of cause I love love me some catfish and eat it nearly once a week. For your excellent catfish. Be frying over 450 white perch(crappie) and bass filets Friday 18th for a mens retreat.

I like good cat fish.
Out here in Cali our Sacramento Delta Catfish taste bad and make people not enjoy the species.
Just not worth eating.
The cleaner lakes and reservoirs are where the good tasting ones are.

That looks real good. There used be some fish camps in the next county over that served salt and pepper catfish that were wonderful. Unfortunately, they’re all closed now.
