Friday Baby Backs

The wifey brought home a nice rack of baby backs early this afternoon, so I decided they could spend a bunch of hours bathing in some applewood smoke in my WSM!

Quartered up, seasoned and on the WSM with a foiled pizza pan and an aluminum pan for a heat sink.

Basted with garlic butter a couple times during the cook.

Almost done eating, but you can have the last bite!

Good eats on a Friday evening.
