Any one ever do a fresh ham steak ? They have them cheap here , courious if any one tried it , before I buy it. thanks.....AL
 
Are you talking uncured, unsmoked steaks cut from the rear leg (ham)? Yes. I either marinate and grill, rub and grill, or cube and marinate and grill on skewers. They cook quickly. Treat as for pork chops. You can low/slow if you'd like (I'd brine first) but be careful not to overcook.
