I rarely buy anything but chicken at Trader Joe’s but these looked great so I grabbed them. Did a rub and prepped the Performer for some high heat for continuous searing. I just watched last night a Basement Hangout video where they cooked tomahawk pork chops on a pellet grill and served with Alabama White Sauce. I've never thought of using the white sauce with pork, but now I plan to. Their recipe for the sauce looked pretty good too.
