Will be making 6 or 7 slabs of ribs this weekend on my WSM and wanted to know if anyone has had luck freezing slabs for later use after they have been smoked.  Heading to the beach for 10 days in July and want to bring some "Q" with me for sustinence. Any input would be greatly appreciated....
