Freezing Ribs

Will be making 6 or 7 slabs of ribs this weekend on my WSM and wanted to know if anyone has had luck freezing slabs for later use after they have been smoked. Heading to the beach for 10 days in July and want to bring some "Q" with me for sustinence. Any input would be greatly appreciated....

If I'm doing a large number of ribs and not serving for a few days I will cook them not quite all the way and freeze or refrig them.
When it's time to serve during the refeat they finish and the texture is better that way.
