Freezer Burned Meat(followup)

Well, I did the freezer burned brisket this weekend. It turned out great. Plenty of juices and the taste was great. I don't recommend keeping meat in the freezer for a year and a half. Need to have a better turn over of my freezer contents

Paul, glad too hear it came out fine for you. I once lost a cryo sealed flat in the freezer for 2 years. The cryo saved it, as there was zero freezer burn, came out just fine. I couldn't tell the difference between the 2 year old flat, and a fresh one.
