Very high humidity & dew points this evening, it was a struggle/challenge with the dough hydration outside.

I just acquired an Ooni knock-off table for less then half the price of an Onni, just the right size to store all of the necessary accessories.

Fire roasted home grown Shishito peppers.

Homemade sausage & shrooms.

Home grown Cherry Tomatoes & pesto sauce.

Pepperoni & Jalapeno.
