Found a nice little board for those that want a TC breakout board

Since the 4.1 version of the board needs to be reworked to make a stable TC board and the Adafruit board needs to be altered to work, I found this one on OSH and Github.

3 boards from OSH were $5.10 including shipping

My goal though is to add an easy way to add an aux. TC, and 2 probe jacks, connections for Servo and Blower to a simple to solder board that can be added to a servo case(Rotordamper).

Does that TC amp have the offset amp built in? I think I recall seeing one at OSHPark that did... In addition to what you said about the TC board having the CAT5 and probe jacks I was planning on adding the TC offset adjustment circuit as well as a button to switch between the TC and a standard probe for the Pit Probe (which will also switch in a pullup resistor). Still haven't gotten a chance to open up my design in EAGLE and try to press forward, the schematic is pretty much there but the board layout is a mess....

Yeah, i have pretty good mess on my eagle now, lol. I cant seem to figure out how to move one component over to another .sch file. Like the 2.5mm probe jacks or substitute in eagles library. Other then that i have something close to send to OSH

I figured it out, i needed the professional version to use one of the copying tools. I just transfered all the parts from the schematic to eagles libraries. The light version won't work.

It will work, but probably not in the way you were trying. EAGLE is awful and all the ways you have to do things in it go against most of what you've learned in how to use a modern application. I used the light version until last year and didn't have any problem copying parts across schematics, even if they weren't in a library.

In EAGLE 5 - Use the group tool and draw a rectangle around the component on the schematic. Switch to the Cut tool, right click the selected object and "Cut: Group". Load your new schematic and "Paste". Done!

In EAGLE 6 they got rid of the Cut command because it didn't cut anything, it copied it to the clipboard. Now you use the Copy tool the same way, except you have to cancel the copy by hitting escape then you can paste it into the new schematic.

EAGLE 7 - I don't know because they are *******s and this came out the day I paid for my Professional 6 license and wouldn't upgrade me, despite the fact it took a week to actually get my license code via email.
