We used to make what I called "pound pizza"...
Layers:
1. pizza dough
2. layer of sliced mozzarella
3. pound of sausage
4. pound of mushrooms
5. pizza dough
7. sauce
8. pound of pepperoni
9. pound of mozz
10. sauce
The hard part was waiting for that beast to cook... it took at least 45 minutes in a 400 oven. I was the only person to ever finish a second slice!
