Lowes has the Royal Oak Classic 15.4 lb bags of Briquetts on sale for, get this, just $1.99 per bag.. Looks like you might have to do the ship-to-store option, but at that price it would definitely be worth the wait.
 
Got to be a typo. It shows a regular price of $3.99, it's $10 elsewhere. Same story for the Kingsford briquetts with applewood, they have it marked at $1.99 for 8-lbs.

Wish I could go out and try getting some.
 
Just checked it out. Of the 10 stores that are listed at $1.99, none of them have more than 1 bag available. Bummer!
 
I went to Lowes on Saturday to get a washer with my cousin, checked for the Royal Oak Classic 15.4 lb bags of Briquetts on sale for, get this, just $1.99 per bag. They has 16 lb bags that were made by RO, stating ridges. These bags were $7.98/bag. I used my lowes app on my phone that reflected the $1.99 price, the wifi was in and out, the girl saw the app and gave it to me for the $1.99 price, I got 10 bags. Most I could get in my little versa trunk.
