Well, it's time to buy the WSM a new friend...

You guys have any sueggested models for the once or twice a month butt smoker? What should I look for / look out for when selecting a FS?

The sous vide discussion has put me over the buying edge!!

i got a V2440 for christmas this year and it fit my demands: 1-3 times per month, wet/dry settings, hands free.

the only time i wished for something bigger was when i was trying to vacuum seal a whole uncooked butt and it wouldn't fit in the bag. that sucker was 12 lbs so i just cut it in half and sealed separately.
 
I'm looking at the GameSaver Pro for $129. They must change model numbers every year! It takes more research to learn the differences between models than it should...
