Food left out too long?

I cooked some ribs for smokeday (britu - pretty good). At the end of the cook (6:00pm), I wrapped the ribs in foil. In each pouch of foil was two half slabs. At 11:00pm I realized that one of the pouches of ribs we didn't eat had been left out on the counter. Now I'm wondering if the ribs are good to eat. I put them in the fridge once I noticed they had been left out.
 
5 hours at room temp is way to long. Although you might be ok, I would pitch them to be safe.

Besides it will give you an excuse to make more!!!
